Male and Female BFAR-TOS Technicians – These technicians will receive training on the breeding and culture of cyprinids (carps) and silurids (catfishes) to support regional freshwater multi-species hatcheries and aid in the production and dispersal of fingerlings, as well as promote indigenous fish culture and organic aquaculture in the country.
Selected Male and Female LGUs – Local government units with existing freshwater fish hatcheries and a willingness to adopt multi-species hatchery technology will be trained to assist in the production and dispersal of freshwater fingerlings and in promoting the culture of indigenous fish species and organic aquaculture.
Male and Female Fisherfolks/Fish Farmers, Cooperatives/Associations, and IP Communities – These groups will benefit from aquaculture inputs such as fingerlings, natural food, fertilizers, feeds, technologies, and IEC materials for fish hatcheries and aquaculture activities.
